Maitri is a sanskrit word that translates as unconditional friendliness or loving-kindness. Maitri Studio Brighton is located in Bayside Melbourne, Australia. You can come to practise with Freya here, online via her 'live' Insight Timer and video recordings, or at one of her retreat offerings.

Small Private Studio
Mats, massage balls, bolsters, blocks and FeetUP trainers are provided. Please bring your own large pillowcase, and snuggly blanket. If you are without any of these please let Freya know so she can provide some.
Herbal Tea With Each Class
We start each class connecting over a cup of Living Koko cacao husk tea. Depending on the season, there may be added accents of cinnamon, cloves, tumeric, or mint.
The Gift
